Fruit and Fluff

Have some cream cheese and want something fast and sweet? Try this for a quickie and see what kind of yums you get! I had 2 packs of cream cheese to use and made a fruity surprise. It ended up like a fluffy mouse and it was pretty yummy!

Mix the following-
2 8oz packages of cream cheese
1 tub of cool whip
1/2 package of sugar free raspberry gelatin
Splenda to taste

Top with lite cherry pie filling

Put the fluffy mixture into dessert bowls, Top with lite cherry pie filling. Add sprinkles.

This recipe was my own experiment and the family enjoyed it!

HELP KESS Build Our Recipe Blog

KESS needs your help! We want to build our recipe blog with a recipe exchange. Join our blog and post your favorite recipes. Please include a reference, whether it is your favorite website, cookbook or family member's recipe. As they start to accumulate we will then design recipe cards for each recipe and post them so you can clip, save and fit them into your recipe box.

Don't have a recipe box? Stay tuned as KESS will also have recipe boxes available.

This event will be continuous. Feel free to invite others to join us! Just sign in and post!

Watch as we will do even more with this throughout the year such as cook or bake offs, prizes, etc. Watch as the blog grows!
